All monitoring data (screenshots, activity logs, reports) generated through the Service belongs to your organization. We act as a data processor on your behalf. Upon subscription termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted from our systems.

The Service, including its design, logo, interface, algorithms, code, and documentation, is the exclusive property of Elite Corporate Solutions Private Limited. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your active subscription. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Enterprise customers with SLA agreements will be compensated per the terms of their individual contracts.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zneus and Elite Corporate Solutions Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
