We built Zneus because our clients kept asking for it
Zneus is made in India by Elite Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. This page is about why it exists, how we think about monitoring, and who you will be talking to.
How it started
Elite Corporate Solutions has been working with Indian businesses since 2010. When offices went remote in 2020, the same question came up with almost every client: how do I know what my team is doing when I cannot see them?
The tools on the market were built for American companies. They were priced in dollars, billed per seat at rates that did not make sense for a 20-person office in Noida or Indore, and they stopped at time tracking. Attendance was still in one register, leave in WhatsApp, and salary in an Excel sheet.
So we built one tool for all of it. The Windows app tracks the work, and the same data feeds attendance, leave, breaks and payroll. Owners get a web panel and an Android app. Managers and team leads get their own logins that show only their people.
We still build it the same way: a client tells us what is not working, and we fix it. The fake-activity check, the break rules and Team Access all started as a client's complaint.

What we believe about monitoring
Monitoring software can be used badly. These are the lines we hold, and they shape what we will and will not build.
Visible, not hidden
The app sits in the tray and employees use it every day for leave, breaks and tasks. We do not make a stealth version.
Counts input, never reads it
We record whether someone used the keyboard or mouse in a minute. We do not store what they typed.
Flags are questions, not verdicts
A long stretch with no input might be a mouse jiggler, or it might be a client call. Our alerts say "check this" and show you the timeline so you can decide.
Your data stays yours
Each company's data is kept apart. If you want, we store it on your own database and storage instead of ours.
